HomageCollage: Air, “Moon Safari”

🔊💜Today, January 16, 1998, Air released their debut studio album, “Moon Safari.” This album, on the US Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, peaked at no. 41. On January 31, 1998, “Moon Safari” peaked at no. 6 on the UK Official Albums Chart, on which it enjoyed a 110-week chart run. Three tracks from “Moon Safari” landed on the UK Official Singles Chart: ‘Sexy Boy’ (no. 13), ‘Kelly Watch the Stars’ (no. 18), and ‘All I Need’ (no. 29). The latter sampled Air’s ‘Les Professionnels.’
