Music Birthday: James Earl Jones

🔊🎉Today, January 17, 1931, James Earl Jones was born in Arkabulta, Mississippi. Jones played the voice role of 1994’s animated musical film, “The Lion King.” He also plays the Mufasa in the 2019 photorealistic remake of “The Lion King,” which includes Beyoncé as Nala. As Mufasa, James Earl Jones performs many of the interludes on Beyoncé’s “The Lion King: The Gift.”
