🔊🥳Today, April 1, 1961, Susan Magdalane Boyle was born Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland. Boyle’s debut studio album “I Dreamed A Dream” peaked at no. 1 on the US Billboard 200. This album was produced by Steve Mac, producer of Kodaline’s ‘Follow Your Fire,’ and it spawned ‘Wild Horses.’ Boyle saw the song peak at no. 98 on the Hot 100, and the debut album’s title track peak at no. 62. “I Dreamed A Dream” has since been certified 4x platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
